What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in CAD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are about 15 days at the moment due to COVID and the ongoing issues in Canada. We are proudly a CANADIAN store. Which is why we are so adamant about creating an empowering community dedicated to helping, empowering, and uplifting people. After the last couple years some of us really need a community to talk to.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at thehappybearcostore@gmail.com. 

We hope you understand and can be patient during this time as we try to find better suppliers to get you your products faster. We are trying to source the best materials.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, and once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thehappybearcostore@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission, but we will try our best to help you out. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location, and we have a very select few that we've double checked provide the best materials. The average shipping time is 15 business days right now due to COVID. We are working hard at sourcing better suppliers to return back to our fast 3-6 day shipping. Covid has really made an impact on us.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly.

What is your feature of the month?
Our feature of the month products are current products the team at HQ have used recently and absolutely loved! We found the best quality product to share with you and tested them out to find the best version so you can experience it too! We usually feature them for 20-30 days, or until stock runs out. 

I missed your Feature of the Month? When will they come back? It was the best price I found.
After we sell out of stock for the Feature of the Month, we normally do not re buy any more of that product and that's how we give you the best possible prices while maintaining quality integrity, so make sure to grab them while they're listed on our website.
